This just in from my good friend and music producer, Mike Clark. Some time ago I asked Mike to write a cut that would reflect the music back -n- the day about Oakland, ca that I could write lyrics to. It was in Oakland that Herbie Handcock asked Clark and Jackson to join the Headhunters. With that in mind, Mike has teamed up with the well respected Jerry Z on keyboards and organ to come up with a greasy,funkified Oakland burner of a song.
